Es, como todas las constituciones, un texto de carácter publico.<br /> <br /> ==Análisis==<br /> <br /> En este fragmento de la constitución, de tendencia liberal-conservadora, se decreta el estado confesional, la libertad de religión, así como la libertad de expresión, reunión y asociación. Se especifica que el poder legislativo será compartido entre las Cortes y el Rey. Dichas Cortes se compondrán de Senado y Congreso. El Senado se elegirá mediante asignación, mientras que los diputados se elegirán con arreglo a la ley. El estado, asimismo, reconoce las peculiaridades territoriales, aunque se mantiene la unidad jurídica.<br /> <br /> ==Comentario==<br /> ===Antecedentes===<br /> <br /> Durante el siglo en el que se enmarca esta constitución se han dado ya otras seis en la historia de España. Esta no dista mucho de ellas, ya que todas son de carácter liberal.<br /> <br /> ===Contextualización I===<br /> <br /> El golpe de estado del general Pavia debilitó la primera republica, contando en sucesivos meses con otros alzamientos de militares a favor de Alfonso XII. Ademas, la burguesia catalana y los comerciantes clamaban por la restauracion de la monarquia. Por su parte, el rey Alfonso XII se pronunció en Sandhurst. Por fin, el 29 de diciembre de 1874, el golpe de estado de Martinez Campos traeria de vuelta a Alfonso XII.<br /> <br /> El principal constructor de esa restauracion fue Canovas del Castillo. Durante el proceso de redaccion de la constitucion buscó apoyos en todos los bandos, con el fin de alcanzar un gran acuerdo y la conciliacion general. De ello nacerá esta constitucion, ambigua en muchos aspectos.<br /> <br /> ===Contextualización II===<br /> <br /> Incluir reformas.<br /> ===Consecuentes===<br /> <br /> Esta constitucion tuvo un recorrido amplio, ya que fue valida durante todo el periodo de la Restauracion, incluyendo una regencia y dos reinados. Este hecho pone de manifiesto la tendencia de conciliacion en su redaccion.<br /> <br /> ==Conclusión y opinión==<br /> <br /> La Constitucion de 1876 fue duradera, pero a costa de la concrecion. Era una constitucion demasiado ambigua, cediendo en muchos puntos los detalles a la legalidad, incluso en la forma de eleccion de los diputados. Esto le restó efectividad en muchos apartados.</div>
